Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are allowed based on stock availability. Requests must be made within 7 days.

Reverse Pickup
Pickup availability depends on your location. If not available, you may need to self-ship the product.
Refund Policy
- Processed after inspection and approval
- Returned to original payment method
- UPI/Wallet: 3–5 days
- Cards/Net Banking: 5–7 days
- COD: Bank transfer after verification
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. After shipping, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns may be rejected if items show usage, missing tags, damage by customer, or suspicious activity.
